February 2022 Prayer Requests

We are grateful that you choose to pray for the peoples of the UAE. We know God hears and is moving in the hearts of those who live in the UAE. Expo 2020 is going strong. There have been special guests and concerts. They have offered free days so that lower income workers can attend. There is still time to come so book your tickets now! Come meet the world in Dubai and share the Great News.
With all the excitement of Expo, there are still other concerns. COVID is still very active. The hospitals are not pushed to capacity since most of the country is vaccinated. There are still companies closing down or paring back, and people loosing jobs or hours. The Houthis in Yemen have decided to retaliate against the UAE’s involvement with the war taking place in Yemen by shooting missiles into the UAE. There was loss of life with the first drone attack, but the other missiles have been shot down before impact. All these things begin to weigh heavily on the hearts of the peoples of the UAE so continue to pray.
We have several resources that you can use this month as you pray. We have a 28 day prayer calendar as well as 5 key prayer requests that you can use as a desktop wallpaper or save on your phone or social media platform, etc. Please share with your churches and small groups. Help us mobilize many to pray for the UAE especially during these last three months of Expo! May we see many come to Christ and a church-planting movement sweep through this country!
